Garlic Paste (Vegan)

A versatile ingredient that can be stored in the fridge for up to a year and enhances the flavor of many dishes. Perfect for salads, sauces, or frying.

Ingredients:

1 bulb of garlic
300 g sunflower oil

Preparation:

Peel the garlic cloves. (Optional: Remove the inner sprout to reduce the strong garlic smell and flavor.)
Blend the peeled garlic together with the sunflower oil until smooth.

Pour the mixture into sterilized jars and seal.
Note: Due to its intensity, just a small amount of this paste is usually enough.

Storage:
The garlic paste can be stored in the refrigerator for at least one year and is ideal for use in salads, sauces, or for frying.
