This cozy pumpkin spice syrup is perfect for coffee, tea, or desserts. Simply boil water and sugar, then add pumpkin and spices for a flavorful touch.
Ingredients:
30 ml water
120 g sugar
Vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract)
1 jar of pumpkin
1 teaspoon ginger powder
3 teaspoons cinnamon
Nutmeg (to taste)
Instructions:
Boil water and sugar until dissolved.
Add vanilla, spices, and pumpkin. Simmer briefly.
Cool and strain if needed. Store in a jar.
