Ingredients:
250 g all-purpose flour
120 g sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
125 g vegan butter (such as plant-based margarine)
2 tbsp aquafaba (chickpea water)
1 pinch baking powder, 1 pink of salt
Instructions:
Prepare the dough:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead until a smooth, homogeneous dough forms. You don’t need to whip the aquafaba, just use it as is.
Chill the dough:
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up, or proceed immediately if preferred.
